A strong pelvic floor provides the foundations for full body strength and optimum wellness. My Hypopressives and personal training hybrid sessions are the ultimate way to find your complete female strength.

Sessions include:

  • Hypopressives coaching to reconnect and reprogramme your deep core muscles.

  • Strength and fitness training specially selected to work best with your body and to maximise the benefits gained through Hypopressives.

  • Access to an online library of Hypopressives resources (when all postures have been taught and can be performed safely and effectively).

  • All other out-of-session personal training benefits such as ongoing support, advice, check-ins

  • Client package offers of 10 or 20 sessions are available.
