What is Hypopressives?

Hypopressives is a life-changing exercise discipline that focuses on postural alignment and breathing techniques to gently relieve pressure on and retrain weakened muscles. Females can hugely benefit from Hypopressives as it can improve core strength, pelvic floor health and posture as well as reducing the risk or alleviating (sometimes curing!) pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.

Hypopressives Immersive Course

  • A course of three hour-long, face-to-face coaching sessions which can be timetabled to fit around you and your lifestyle.

  • Coaching sessions focus on learning the Hypopressive fundamentals so you can confidently execute the exercises and postures and immediately start feeling the benefits.

  • Coaching sessions take place in my private gym based in Storrington, West Sussex, which provides the perfect space to feel comfortable, safe and supported.

  • Gain access to an online library of videos and images so you can maximise your progression throughout the course and beyond.

  • Receive ongoing pelvic health advice and support inside and outside of our time together.

Hypopressives and Personal Training Hybrid Sessions

A strong pelvic floor provides the perfect foundations to build full body strength so why not achieve the two together? My Hypopressives and personal training hybrid sessions are the ultimate way to find your complete female strength.

Sessions include:

  • Hypopressives coaching (as outlined above) to reconnect and reprogramme your deep core muscles.

  • Strength and fitness training specially selected to work best with your body and to maximise the benefits gained through Hypopressives.

  • Access to an online library of Hypopressives resources (when all postures have been taught and can be performed safely and effectively).

  • Ongoing support, advice and check-ins inside and outside our time together.

  • Client package offers of 10 or 20 sessions are available.
