Hello, I’m Francesca Thorne and welcome to your hub for female strength empowerment!
Whether you’re recovering from pregnancy, wanting to build strength to support you through perimenopause/menopause or are dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction; you’ve come to the right place.
I offer personal training and Hypopressives coaching, purely focused around your unique needs and goals. Sessions are held at my private gym in Storrington, West Sussex, which provides a safe space for women to discover, harness and evolve their own physical strength.
